Question:
I have a 2011 Honda CR-V. Just bought a 2016 Forest River-Rockwood Freedom . I saw your recommendations for the equipment for towing. Is there something that helps prevent the camper from swaying. I will order from you all. Who would be able to put this on for me?

My usual recommendation would be a weight distribution system with a sway control component built in to it, but we'll need to go another route because Honda doesn't recommend using weight distribution with the CR-V, but I do have a solution for you.
I'd use the # D320 ball mount with sway control tab along with a Friction Sway Control like part
# 83660. This would be just the ticket for a pop-up like yours. One caveat, you don't want to back the trailer with the friction sway control installed. It'll be destroyed if the trailer jackknifes. It's very easy to disconnect and install quickly.
The Draw-Tite # 75547 would be a good choice as far as a hitch goes. The installation isn't too difficult, you can look at the linked installation video to see if it's something you'd feel comfortable doing yourself, if not, any trusted mechanic would be able to install it for you. The sway control I recommended is a simple install as well.
You'll also need a trailer wiring harness, part # 118427.
I've linked to some product and install videos for the items I recommended above.
