Hello. I just bought a 2020 Ram 3500 mega cab with the diesel and RamBox. It has the short bed. What is my best option for a 5th wheel hitch? The campers we are looking at are ~96 wide. Thanks

The best option for a fifth wheel hitch for a 2020 Ram 3500 with RamBox is the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255. The hitch has a thick dual jaw design which grips the kingpin tight thereby providing a smooth ride and a cam-action handle which allows you to uncouple on uneven terrain. In order to use this hitch you'll also need the B&W Custom Installation Kit part # BWRVK2605, the Sidewinder Wedge Kit part # RP74FR, and a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin part # RP34FR (For Lippert 1621). The rotating pin box is a requirement for every truck with the RamBox.
If you can give me the model number of the pin box on the trailer I can make sure you get the correct rotating option.
