Do you have a trailer similar to the: CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer w/Bunks - 12 wheels that will accept a 16 flat bottom boat? Please let me know. Thank you very much.

We do have an option similar to the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer with Bunks # CE48870 that will accept a 16 foot flat bottom boat.
What you will need is the Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer # MPG535 with the Bunk Kit for Malone MegaSport Trailer # MPG561.
This is the only trailer that will work for a boat that long, as it is designed for boats up to 20 feet in length. I have added links below to video reviews of both the trailer and bunk kit for you to take a look at.
