Can I buy the installation kit nuts, washers, and u bolt for this hitch?

Sure, you can order the etrailer Replacement Hardware Kit with part number # RHK and it will include all the hardware it originally came with, and in this case that includes the square spacer/washer, and the fishwire. However, there is not a U-bolt used with this hitch. When you are on the product page just enter the brand and model.

Installation of this hitch will include screwing bolts into existing weld-nuts on the car frame, which can be full of dirt and crime from years of travel. I highly recommend the Deka # DW00254 battery post cleaner to get that grime out before trying to screw in the nut.

The hitch install instructions call for the bolts to be attached to a specifice torque. If you don't already have an accurate torque wrench (or a friend you can borrow one from) you will need the Performance Tools # PTW3001C 1/2" drive torque wrench.
