We do have the trailer hitch receiver, transmission cooler, and air springs for your 2016 Honda Odyssey. And you can order the parts right here as we do in fact ship to Canada so you're all set! So let's start with the trailer hitch and for that the best option for your '16 Odyssey is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75270.
The Draw-Tite is the strongest hitch with the best capacities for your Odyssey, and is an easy bolt-on installation that doesn't require any drilling into your Honda's frame rails which is great for your car. And though you didn't mention trailer wiring, in case you do need a 4-way harness the correct fit is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118521.
While there aren't traditional air bags for your Odyssey, there is a similar option with air springs that install inside your Honda's coil springs that provide the same benefit to your rear suspension, and the correct fit for your 2016 Odyssey for these is the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs # AL60815.
To make sure you get the most even cuts when installing the air lines I do highly recommend using the Air Lift Air Hose Cutter # AL10530.
Finally, for a transmission cooler the best option is a plate-and-fin cooler, because it uses smaller plates that cover more area than other coolers in order to agitate transmission fluid. For your Odyssey the right cooler is the Flex-a-lite Transmission Cooler - Plate and Fin # FLX400117.
I have added links below to video reviews and installs of these parts for you to check out as well if you'd like.
