We do have one spare tire cover that will work for the size 305/70-18 spare tire you have. That tire is 34.8 inches in diameter and 12 inches wide and the cover that will fit is the Rampage Spare Tire Cover for Jeep - 33" to 35" - Black Diamond # RA773535.
While it says "For Jeep" in the title it can of course be used for a tire on any type of vehicle so long as it is the right size, which yours is. The Rampage is a really nice cover made of a vinyl fabric for optimal protection and has a handy adjustment cord on the bottom so you can get the best fit.
