The EZ lube system for trailer axles is definitely a great system for keeping your bearings lubricated, but it will require quite a bit of work to add to an existing axle.
To add the EZ Lube system to your Safari Condo Alto 1743 you will need to replace the spindles of your axle with EZ lube spindles, or replace the axle with one that already has the EZ lube spindles. To determine the correct replacement spindles you will need to know the weight capacity of your current axle, and axle diameter/design. The weight capacity can be found on the axle tag or sticker on your axle.
For example the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axle # TRU74FR is for a 3500lb axle with a 1-3/4" diameter round axle tube. Spindles must be welded on by an axle shop as they need to be perfectly in line with the axle to avoid irregular tire wear and other issues.
If you would prefer to just replace the entire axle you will need to know the hub-face to hub-face and spring-center to spring-center measurements as shown in the included diagram.
An easier option would be using the etrailer Bearing Protectors like # e99005 which will replace your current grease caps and will work in a very similar way by providing a zerk fitting make adding grease an easy task, and will prevent dirt and water from getting to the bearings. To determine the correct bearing protector you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure the inside diameter of your current hubs. If you would prefer this option just let me know the inside diameter of your hub and I will recommend the correct bearing protector for you.
If you can provide the axle weight rating and shape/dimensions, or the hub-face, spring-center measurements, and axle weight rating I would be happy to recommend all of the parts you will need for the conversion.
I included a video of the etrailer Bearing Protectors for you to take a look at.
