I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56161 on your 2006 Honda Odyssey!
Since you are only having an issue with the passenger side turn signal and it is working some of the time I recommend doing a few simple tests on the harness with a circuit tester like # PTW2993.
First you will want to make sure that all of the connectors behind the panel on passenger side rear of your vehicle are securely installed, and that the ground is securely attached to clean corrosion free metal. Also check that both the vehicle and trailer connectors do not have any corrosion or debris in them.
Next using # PTW2993 test the green wire coming in and out of the converter box with the passenger turn signal on. If both wires have power that means the converter box is working as designed and there is likely an issue with the ground on the trailer, or a loose connection.
I recommend checking that the ground for the passenger turn signal on the trailer is securely connected to clean corrosion free metal. If that ground is secure check that the green wire connection on the light is secure.
I included a helpful article on trailer wiring for you to take a look at.
