Does Tire Chain for 265/75-16 Tire Size also Fit 265/75R16

My tires are 265 75r 16 if I buy chains for 265 75 16 will they still work on my tires

The two tire sizes are the same thing. The difference is the letter R in the size 275/75R16 indicates that the tire is a radial whereas when the size is listed as 265/75-16 the tire construction isn't listed but the size is the exact same.
So if you got the tire cable set # TC2028 you'd be fine.
