The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs part # AL88215 for a 1994 Ford F-150 will work with a lift installed. That said, you will need a spacer to compensate for this. The tallest spacer offered for this is the Air Lift Spacer part # AL52460 which offers up a 6" lift.
