The Bestop tonneau cover # B1612501 for the 2002 Ford Ranger will work with most bed liners. The cover clamps on so in the worst case scenario if you cannot get it to fit with your bed liner you would need to trim the bed liner in the areas where the clamps will go. I have linked instructions for you to view. Spray-in bed liners will be fine.
