Does Brophy RSCP Hitch Stabilizer Clamp Carry any Professional Weight Rating or Documentation

Question:
A vehicle engineer has questioned whether this may negatively affect the strength of the hitch, which otherwise is conforming to the SAE J684 standard. Is there any documentation available indicating that it is an approved or acceptable device to use? It seems obvious that it does not add or remove strength, but in this case I need it in writing.

According to Brophy, their # RSCP stabilizer clamp doesn't carry any documentation because it's not solely intended to bear weight. It's only purpose to to hold a hitch ball mount immobile in a receiver tube.
