Question:
I have a e16 slider is there any way to adjust the lock bar its getting quite clunky on start and stop . Hopefully you can help curt customer service wont respond. Thanks

I wish there was but the design of the e16 slide bar is known to add a bit of movement. I wish there was a way to tighten it or reduce the chucking but only solution would be a new hitch with a better design like the A16 # C16520 which will bolt to the same slider base you have now. This uses an interlocking jaw that provides a tight, 360 degree contact with the king pin for a much quieter and smoother ride quality.
