What is Difference Between Air Lift Load Lifters AL88391 and AL88399 for 2018 Ford F-250

What is the difference between Air Lift 88391 and 88399 Load Lift 5000 Ultimate air bags? My vehicle is a 2018 Ford F-250, Lariat, Crew cab, TWO wheel drive, short box, 6.7 L diesel. I have a BandW turnover ball and a BandW Companion fifth wheel Hitch. I inquired with Air Lift about figment with the hitch and they recommended the 88399 kit. However everywhere I have looked that kit does not show to fit my truck.
