Hi there, Ive seen some folks online talking about issues with hitches for the Audi Q5 Plug-in Hybrid - something about the battery placement. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76183 you referenced is compatible with the 2020 Audi Q5 Plug-In Hybrid. The installation is where the bumper support is so it will not interfere with the battery placement.
