Question:
I see that you have responded to owners of a 2021 Audi Q5 Hybrid, just need to confirm before I order that it will also fit the 2020. It will only be used for a hitch mount bike rack, no towing. Many thanks.

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e94CR is also confirmed to fit your 2020 Audi Q5 plug-in hybrid. The receiver itself has a maximum tongue weight rating of 750lbs but be sure to check your owners manual to ensure that you do not exceed any specifications given by Audi.
We now carry the Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack # KU98VR that will fit the 2" receiver. This is one of the easiest bike racks we have for loading and unloading your bikes. It can support 2 bikes weighing up to 67lbs each with a tire width up to 5" wide. A Loading Ramp # KU63VR will make loading your heavy bikes much easier.
The Kuat bike rack comes with integrated tail lights to ensure other drivers have a clear view of your tail lights. To use these you will need a ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT to put a 4-way harness on your Audi.
