It looks like you're trying to install base plates for flat towing on a 2019 Chevy Spark; there may not be any videos specifically for the base plates you were looking at, but there are some available for this particular vehicle that you can use as a guide to see what is entailed since the process will be basically the same. I recommend checking out the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523202-5, which are also a confirmed fit on the 2019 Chevy Spark and have an installation video on a similar vehicle that you can follow along with the general process. I've also linked the instructions for these since they're fairly detailed, as well.
