Will B and Headache Rack BWPUCP7522BA fit 2018 Ram with Chest Tool Box

Question:

I have a 2018 RAM 3500 crew cab w/8ft bed. I also have a DZ8560WB truck bed utility chest. It looks like installing the will not be an issue with my truck. 1. Will the clearance for the Slat-style , or the narrowing of the headache rack frame, on the bedside interfere with the opening of my utility chest lid? 2. The specs show a height of 26. Is that the height of the cross bar, or is it the height of the Raised tabs at both ends?

The portion of the mounting bracket of the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7522BA that would install to the inside of the bed rails would not interfere with your tool box. Also, the 26 inch height is the height of the tabs.
