Question:
Will these fit a 2002 Chev Suburban Z71? This vehicle has a factory valance on the rocker panel, between the tube and lower rocker panel. Do these fit with out having to modify plastic Valance?

Yes the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-2995 does fit your 2002 Chevy Suburban Z71. You do not have to modify the valence.
