There is not currently a non-OEM underbed puck system compatible with your 2021 Chevy 2500. The Reese Elite underbed pucks are what fit your Ford compatible Sliding 5th wheel hitch, but they have not yet made a compatible system for the new model Chevy/GM trucks as of 11/2020. Unfortunately that means there isn't currently a fit compatible with your hitch for your truck so another option will need to be considered.
My recommendation for a clean bed and sliding hitch for your truck is the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Underbed - 18,000 lbs # DM8550022, and the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DR37FR designed specifically for that hitch and your 2021 Chevy truck. This combination will give you a clean bed and will automatically slide as needed to give you the turning clearance you need.
