What Maintenance Needs to be Done for 18K Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

Purchased a Demco 18K autoslide 5th wheel hitch from you in 2016. Its been great all around the country full-time RVing much of the time. However, I need a maintenance manual, and I cant find a working link for one on your site - I keep on getting a 404 error. There are some working parts that Im wondering if I should just clean and re-lube, or is it time to replace the parts other than the neoprene bumper, which I replace periodically . thanks

Hey Eric, thanks for your purchase of the 18K Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550024 for your 2016 Ford F-250!

I'm attaching a cutout of page 7 of the instructions where it basically says to do routine greasing of the pins for the jaws and check the autosliding parts.

Hey Eric, how did things go with the maintenance steps for your Demco Autoslide hitch? Were you able to get everything cleaned and re-lubed as shown on that page? Your update could make it easier for others keeping their hitches in top shape.
