Recommended Roof Rack System For 2015 Fiat 500

Question:

I have an old thule roof rack from a previous car but I dont remember which model it is. How do I find the parts I need to make it fit my current car?

Usually the only parts of a roof rack that will be transferable to a different vehicle are the towers and crossbars if they are the same length as what is required for the new vehicle. Depending on how old your Thule Roof Rack is it may not be possible to buy the correct parts.

I looked up your 2015 Fiat 500 and unfortunately there is no longer a fit kit that will allow you to install Thule crossbars on your vehicle.

Instead you will need to use a completely new roof rack system and I recommend the Yakima Roof Rack system which uses 50" Yakima Jet Stream Crossbars # Y00425, Yakima Baseline Towers # Y28TR, Fit Kit # Y06110, and Fit Kit # Y06123. This system has a 130lb load rating and 50" of useable crossbar space to allow you to fit a multitude of different accessories.

To keep the crossbars secured to your vehicle I recommend adding the Yakima Same Key Lock Cores # Y07204.
