Buyer's Products desgned their # 3371501155 headache rack to work with their own ladder rack, so unfortunately, I couldn't say if it would work with yours. However, I've provided a photo showing the mounting hole dimensions, so you should be able to take some measurements from your ladder rack and pretty quickly determine if the # 3371501155 would be compatible.
