Titan Model 20 Replacement Orifice Connector

I did a Kodiak retro fit from drum to disk on my double axle boat trailer. both axles I changed the actuators master cylinder in the Titan 20. The new master did not come with the inline orifice that threads into the back of the new master. Do you have this part?

The replacement orifice connector for that Titan model 20 master cylinder is part # T1209800.

Orifice Connector #T1209800 is for drum brakes. It is the new style with 1/8" NPT threads. For disc brakes you would need #T4750300. Drum brakes actually do not take the larger hole. Drum brakes require around 1000 psi whereas disc brakes…

Yes, I spoke with my contact at Titan and after you remove the small orifice fitting part #T1209800 from your Titan model 6 actuator you would be able to install the Lockout Solenoid part #T4748800 and your brakes will activate correctly.

The Orifice Connector for Titan Actuators #T1209800 is not recommended for use with disc brakes; this connector fits Titan Models 6, 10, and 20 Titan actuators for drum brakes.

The Titan model 60 disc brake actuator master cylinder #T4820000 does include the orifice connector, part #T1209800, which has a 1/8-inch pipe thread male end and a 3/16-inch brake line fitting.
