Can Rock Tamers be Used with etrailer Hitch Pin Alignment Collar

IT appears that this device is not compatible with Rock Tamers. Can you confirm if it works with them or not?

I have the etrailer Hitch Pin Alignment Collar # e98942 and while it works great for me I could see it potentially causing an issue with RockTamers like part # ERT00108 if the shank of the ball mount you were using was shorter. If the shank was longer and had plenty of clearance it wouldn't be an issue. This would take up right at 1 inch of the shank length which the Rock Tamers require an inch of clearance as well.
