Question:
This looks, and specs out, to be a very heavy duty hitch. My question to Etrailer is having the experience to compare against many other manufacturers and knowing reviews from customer testing, is the hitch durable and able to withstand heavy use? I would mainly be using the 2 5/16 ball in a rise/drop position. I have several trucks that it would used with so the ease of adjustability would be very handy. I know the hitch is not the prettiest or shiniest but those things dont matter when hauling a load. I want it to be worth the price, easy to swap between trucks, durable, and most of all safe! Thanks

The BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitch - 10" Drop/Rise - 22,000 lbs # HD2010 is a very strong and durable hitch whether used in the rise or drop position. The unit is rated to pull that 22K with the 2-5/16 inch ball you referenced and that doesn't change whether used in the highest rise or the lowest drop position which those extremes would have the most torque on the unit itself. The tongue weight for this ball mount is rated for a maximum of 3,000 lbs. As you stated this specs out to be very heavy duty and customers have been pleased with it compared to the other options linked.
In many cases this ball mount will be rated stronger than the trailer hitch receiver on your truck and able to tow more than many trucks are rated for towing. It is a great product that will serve you well.
If you want to add security to the ball mount you can use the InfiniteRule Locking Pins for BulletProof Ball Mount - Stainless Steel - Qty 3 # 34061674-D designed specifically for that purpose.
