Can a 2019 Honda fit lx with a cv transmision be towed on this dolly?

According to information found in the owner's manual and online, automatic transmission equipped 2019 Fit models can't be flat towed, but can be pulled using a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1. It would also be acceptable to pull the vehicle on a flat bed trailer.
