Question:

hi, i am looking for anti rattle lock for a curt hitch that was original 1 1/4 to 2 inch. or i am looking to replace the elbow tilt piece that attaches the rack to the hitch. I would like to replace that entire part and have full 2inch rack to fit 2 hitch

Sounds like you have the Curt 4 Bike Rack # C18030 on your 2015 Toyota Sienna. First, for the anti-rattle lock, if you want to replace just the bolt, the official Curt part is # C22321 which has a nice bracket for extra sturdiness. If you're looking for a locking option, then the SportRack Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SR0901 is a confirmed fit for Curt bike racks.

As for replacing the shank on your Curt 4 Bike Rack # C18030 to make it a pure 2" bike rack, Curt does not offer that part. If you keep the included adapter sleeve on your rack, then it will function as a 2" bike rack. If you lose that adapter sleeve, Curt does not make a replacement part, so what we do is use the hitch receiver sleeve # HT02.
