We do have both front and rear SumoSprings (made by SuperSrings) which fit your 2004 Gulf Stream 8368 MXG on a Workhorse W22 chassis. The correct fit for your motorhome are the following:
- Rear: SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-280-54-1
- Front: SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSF-280-47
These will do a great job helping to keep your Gulf Stream stable and balanced for a smoother, more controlled ride.
