The Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel # 324-000119 does use a scroll compressor made by Wancool. It is 12v @ 60hz, rated current 2.5 amps. It draws about 11 amps per hour and has a noise level of 34 to 42 dB.
I don't have the compressor dimensions as it is encased however the entire unit is 23-1/2" wide x 24-3/4" deep x 59-5/8" tall. The cubic feet per minute of the fan is not something they have tested but an educated guess is around 70 cfm.
