The Lippert Replacement Power Gear Control Board for Kwikee Level Best Hydraulic Leveling System part # LC359289 will take care of the control board.
I would start here. Generally this is what has failed. To verify look for a hot spot or a flash point on one of the control board circuits. There is not a replacement touch pad available anywhere that I can find new. This may have to be sourced used.
I do not have parts that would mix and match and make it work but do have a full replacement with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System 4 point part # LC358590 and the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System 6 point part # LC675817.
