Can Metal Tire Chain Tensioners be Used with Tire Chains TC3829

I am buying a pair of TC3829 chains for a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel pick-up Your website indicates that these are the correct chains for my truck. But I would also like to buy a pair of chain tighteners for these chains. I would prefer the metal springs as they wont rot like rubber does. Will the TCSA2 chain tighteners work with the TC3829 chains? Thanks!!!!
