Will the CM11401 and the CM11402 work on my 2014 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER?

We have great universal towing mirror options we know fit your 2014 Toyota Highlander well like with the # KS3891-2 but we do not have slip on mirrors that are a confirmed fit like the CIPA mirrors you mentioned which were designed to fit Ram trucks.
