How to install coil-rite kit# 4182 on a 2008 mitsubishi Outlander ES rear suspension with the strut running thru the center of coil spring.

There isn't a way to install a coil rite air bag in a coil that has a strut that runs down the middle of it. You'd have to use a Timbren kit like the part # CSS-1125R.
