Does this faucet provide flow control as well as temperature control? Or is the pressure constant?

The Ultra Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker # 277-000024 does have the ability to adjust pressure as well as temperature. How far you pull the handle out determines the pressure and then the position from left to right is what determines the temperature.
