My trailer is already axle under spring but it is sitting too high. Can I use this kit in reverse and lower my trailer by mounting the axle over the spring?

Yes you can use our over under kits like part # K71-384-00 to lower the height of a trailer that has the axle under the spring. This kit will move the axle over the spring which will lower the height. The mentioned kit is the correct kit for axles that are 2-3/8 inch in diameter. For 3 inch diameter axles we also have the part # K71-385-00.
