Does this fit 2019+ Ram 2500 new body style? I assume it does but sometimes get in trouble for that. Thanks

We have a similar gooseneck hitch that fits your 2019 Ram 2500 but the part number you mentioned is just the center section of a hitch that does not fit your truck. Instead the best solution would be the B and W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1320 which is the best overall and easiest to use option for your truck.
