I saw a short sentence saying this cover will -not- fit a Ram 3500 dually w/8ft bed. Is that confirmed? If that is the case, can you recommend one that does fit with a toolbox installed?

For your 2020 Ram 3500 long bed we have the Access Toolbox Edition Tonneau Cover part # A37FR as a confirmed fit which would work great for your truck. As long as your toolbox is between 19 and 21 inches wide this will fit and work great.
The part number you mentioned does not fit your truck.
