I have a 2020 F-150 and an Excali-Bar II tow bar. Is the DM9523135 the correct Sentry Deflector kit to order for my Ford pickup?

Yes, your Demco Excal-Bar tow bar is absolutely compatible with the Sentry Deflector for Demco Tow Bars # DM9523135.
This will be a great way to protect the front for your F-150 from those dings that can occur from the small gravel/rocks that can shoot up behind your motorhome when being flat towed. It will work as-is with Demco base plates as well, but you will need an adapter if you have Roadmaster or Blue Ox base plates on your truck.
