Tips for Having Remote Control Only One Roof Vent at a Time
Updated 10/27/2020 | Published 10/24/2020 >
Question:
I have two fans installed and two remotes, and they both respond simultaneously to either remote. How do I separate or match the signal/control so they can be controlled individually?

Expert Reply:
Can you try pointing one of the remotes away from the fans to see if you can find a sweet spot that will only activate one or the other? That would be the easiest and only solution to have remote activate only one fan or the other. There isn't a way to reprogram the remotes to a different frequency.
