Question:
i have a 2018 keystone outback. The valves are Valterra. I see a lot on your website about Old and New seals , but I see no mention of how to determine the difference. Something like the new, generally were on OEM after this date would help a lot of folks that dont fall within the transition period. So the question is, how do I determine if I have old or new? seems like this would be a frequent question? Working on the sewer, I want to do it all at once, not open up the valves, see what the seals look like, then compare to pictures on your site, then wait a week for seals, then get into the sewer again. While I am at it, your customer service number should be more prevalent, just about every page would be a plus, and on the home page, too.

Good question, and the Replacement Seals and Hardware for 3" Valterra Waste Valves # T1003-7VP are described as replacements for the "old style" which are for RVs from pre-2000 model year, so everything from 1999 and before that.
So the correct replacement seals for your 2018 Keystone Outback are the Replacement Seals and Hardware for 3" Bladex Waste Valves # T1003-9VP.
