I have a hullavator that worked on the square bars. I got a volvo v60 wagon, 2020 with flush factory rails. I ordered a fit kit from thule- 186010 and i think i need other parts. Their customer service is awful now. Can you please help???

In order to use the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist part # TH898 on a 2020 Volvo V60 with flush factory side rails you will need a new complete roof rack which consists of the Crossbars part # TH711200, Mounting Feet part # TH710601, and Fit Kit part # TH186010.
Please note, I am not sure if you wanted to try and reuse the old square bars but this won't be an option unfortunately since Thule discontinued them.
