Hi there, Which of the adapters do I need for a rear hub motor e-bike, the bolt size of the hub is 16mm. Thanks

The Thule Chariot ezHitch uses the adapter # TH20100797 that you referenced with bikes that have internally geared Shimano hubs.
It looks like your Rize City Electric Bike uses these hubs, so this is the adapter for you!
