I have a solution for you but there isn't a hitch adapter for your Radwagon 4 ebike. You will want to confirm but if your Radwagon has a 12mm axle you can use the Shimano Hub Thru-Axle Adapter for Thule Bike Trailers - 12 mm x 170 mm item # TH20100766 to attach your Chariot ezHitch.
