Can Holes on Top of Lippert Pin Box be Used for Mounting Level

There are 4 holes in the top of the Lippert pin box. What is the purpose of those holes? I want to use the lower set to mount my Accu-level for instead of drilling for the other mounts.

Sometimes the holes on top of the pin boxes like the # LC1387882 that you referenced can be used to attach a pin box cover, but if you wanted to use them to mount your AccuLevel # CAM25563 you definitely could.
