Question:

Just wondering if you can let me know if Yakima Q Tower, Yakima 48” bars, Yakima Q clips, and Yakima SkyBox 16 all approx 10 years old will fit on my Honda Pilot EX 2017 flush roof rails, please?

I have an option for you but unfortunately the Yakima Q towers, and Yakima Q clips will not fit on your 2017 Honda Pilot.

If your Yakima 48inch bars are round you need Yakima Skyline Towers # Y53TR, Yakima Round Bar SL adapters # Y03536, and Yakima Landing Pad 19 # Y00245 for installation on your Pilot. This allows you to still use your Yakima Skybox 16. I recommend adding Yakima Single Key System Lock Cores # Y07204 that allow you to secure your rack to your vehicle with the one key.

If your Yakima 48inch bars are not round, I recommend the Yakima Roof Rack made for your 2017 Honda Pilot with flush mounted roof rails, as it still allows you to use your Yakima Skybox 16, and is made out of aluminum to stay light weight and corrosion resistant. I attached the link to the kit as it has 3 parts, # Y00425, # Y00148, and # Y00245. I also included a few videos that go over parts in the kit.
