For my 2011 Forest River Surveyor SV302, I am wondering if this cover has zippered access panel on the side to allow entry to the camper during storage

There are covers for your 2011 Forest River Surveyor Select SV302 that have zippered access panels which allow entry, but the Adco Polypropylene Storage Lot RV Cover # 290-74845 you mentioned does not.
For a cover that does have those panels you will need one of the following:
- Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer # 290-52245
- Classic Accessories PolyPro III Deluxe Travel Trailer Cover # 052963736632
If you live in a more moderate climate without heavy duty snowfall you will want to go with the AquaShed, but for a more heavy-duty cover go with the Classic Accessories.
