Is this the right one for my reflection 150 series with tandem axles where each one is rated at 5100lbs according to the axle tag.

As long as you have 3 inch diameter axles the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM-2460-2570 will fit and work well with your system.
