Will this work on a 2013 Tiffin Allegro RED? If yes what extra parts if any will be necessary to install this.

As long as your 2013 Tiffin Allegro Red did not come with a factory towing package, you can use the Curt Spectrum # C51170 by hard-wiring into the coach. You will need an additional wiring plug to help ease installation, which is part # C51515, as well as some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05745-5 to make your connections cleanly.
If you've got the factory towing package, which puts a plug and play harness in the cabin of the vehicle, you will not be able to use the Spectrum . Instead, I recommend using the RedArc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR, which installs out of the way similarly to the Curt Spectrum and is also controlled by a knob installed on the dash. This controller provides responsive proportional braking for a towed trailer and because it can be installed pretty much anywhere, it's a great solution. This controller does require the plug in adapter # 3027-P for installation, but it's extremely easy to install.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
