SuperSprings recommends that the installation of this product, SuperSprings Vehicle Suspension Helper Springs for the 2013 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500, part # SSR-338-47, be done by a professional or persons with sound mechanical knowledge. Note also that these are intended for use with original factory springs; if aftermarket springs are installed on the vehicle then SuperSprings technical staff should be consulted prior to installation.
The Helper Springs can be removed after initial installation as they do not require any permanent modifications to the suspension. The factory jounce bumpers, which have to be removed prior to installation of the helper springs, should be retained in case they are ever to be reinstalled.
You may wish to refer to the attached installation instructions as you further consider this part for your vehicle.
